Real-time background sync from staging tables to end-application databases

How the Poller works: The poller is a background service that runs every 5 minutes. It reads pending rows from the PostgreSQL staging tables (written by API partners), validates and transforms them, then writes each record into the OmneNEST MySQL trading system or CodiFi MySQL database. Each row is marked Uploaded on success or Upload Failure with the exact error on failure. Failed rows are automatically retried on the next cycle.
